Case Study on Solving Logistics Issues: [Wanting to Reduce Packaging Material Costs]

This is an introduction to a case we proposed to a customer who was unable to achieve their cost reduction goals.

A certain customer was using wooden boxes for export packaging and was unable to achieve their target cost reduction. Therefore, we created samples of packaging materials tailored to the customer's needs, conducted packaging tests, and also carried out transportation tests. The results of the tests showed no issues, and the customer successfully adopted our solution. Case Study on Solving Logistics Issues: From Wooden to Paper One-Way Pallets

This is a case study on the introduction of eco-board pallets that address the issues of wooden pallets.

We received a request to change from wooden pallets to paper pallets. Shipping wooden pallets overseas requires fumigation treatment to prevent the invasion of non-native species, and there is also a drying process to reduce moisture, making them unavailable for immediate use. Additionally, there is a risk of mold growth, and managing inventory in the factory's storage space incurs costs, leading to various issues that can result in complaints. Case Study on Solving Logistics Challenges: Achieving Efficient Transportation and Excellent Product Protection

We propose eco boards with high strength and cushioning properties for the protective surfaces of heavy products!

We received a request from a customer handling air conditioning units. They were transporting the products packed in cardboard, but due to the heavy weight of the products, there were significant concerns regarding protection. Therefore, in addition to the standard packaging set, we proposed using eco-boards that have high strength and cushioning properties. Additionally, to accommodate the characteristics of the products, we fixed casters to the top of the pallet by drilling holes, making it easier to transport the products. As a result, while the packaging work initially required two workers, it was reduced to just one.
